Notre Dame of DePere

Principal Mary VandenBusch works with Middle School students gathering food from classrooms.  Notre Dame School has won the Packer Dirve for the past couple of years and has done it again this year!  Notre Dame students brought in 18.18 pounds per student and the next closest challenging school brought in 2.5 pounds per student!  Way to go Notre Dame families!  Two of the Green Bay Packers will be visiting our school on December 5th to honor our students for their hard work in tackling hunger in the area!

On December 5th we held an assembly to welcome Packer Full Back, Brandon Miree!  Brandon's message for us was positive and enlightening.  He used the saying, "Easy - Go" as the basis of his presentation.  Each letter of the saying has special meaning:
E = Enthusiasm - be enthusiastic about life!
A = Attitude - your attitude will determine much of your success
S = System - learn how things operate in your setting and follow them
Y = YOU - you are a key part of your success
G = God - keep God in your life as you strive for success
O = Opportunities - take advantage of the opportunities that come!
